Health Potion[]
A Health Potion can by bought from the Food Shop for a price of $100 (100%). it stacks up to 9 and when used it heals you for 50 health. They are also a random drop from all enemies.
Heart Container[]
Heart containers are non-stackable items than are dropped by monsters upon defeat uncommonly. They can not be bought from Town. When used, it increases your heart amount by one (up to a maximum of 20), heals you 100 health, and also removes all fatigue. Sells for a disappointing $100.
Medicine[]
Medicine is a non stackable item that can be bought from the Food Shop for $200(100%). When used it lowers your sickness by a considerable amount. They also can be rarely dropped from harder enemies.

Feeding Service[]
The Feeding Service is an instant-use purchase from the animal shop with a base price of $10000. Should you buy the Feeding Service, the shop's owner will feed the animals on your farm every day until you next return to the farm. It is therefore useful if you wish to go on a long journey without worrying about your animals. Because it is instant-use, it will take effect the moment you buy it, so it's not possible to stock up on feeding service scrolls when they're cheap or to have Feeding Service scrolls in your inventory at all. Pregnancy Potion[]
The Pregnancy Potion is available from the animal shop for a base price of $1000. Using this item on a cow or sheep will cause it to become pregnant and give birth to a calf or lamb after 10 days. Using a pregnancy potion is better than buying a new animal from the shop because the offspring of your pregnant animal will have a better value than a shop-bought animal. Confusing Map[]
The Confusing Map is an item that when used will completely reset your wilderness. Take caution when using this item, because everything you have placed in the wilds will be lost. This is a one time use item.
